Can Rozerem replace Zaleplon?

Hello! Melatonin does not help me. Zaleplon helps to sleep, but it can not be taken for a long time, since it causes dependence. Diagnosis: chronic insomnia with anxiety disorder. I take escitalopram in the morning. Can Rozerem replace Zaleplon?

Best to ask your doc this question, as that person has examined you and knows your full med history. Suggest continuing to work on your anxiety disorder and as you make progress expect your sleep to improve. Ask also about using a CBT sleep training program as a permanent, sustainable, and substance-free solution.
