So, long story short; I a quite certain that I am long term chronically deprived of sleep. Waking early for work, stay up late at night. Could long term sleep deprivation be causing my ongoing digestive issues and my excessive fatigue. The thing is I have been catching up on sleep, but still feel terrible. I wake up in the morning feeling refreshed, but soon after eating I can barely stay awake and unless I rest, I feel fatigued all day.
