Hello, Missmeg.
I'm sorry to read that you're having so many problems with fatigue. I'm not a doctor and can't diagnose your condition. There are so my diseases and syndromes that have chronic fatigue as a symptom. The only real way to find out is to see your MD and ask him to test your blood for the usual suspects. It your blood tests are normal, then you can request an overnight sleep study to determine if you have sleep apnea, narcolepsy, cataplexy or other sleep disorders.
Sometimes, fatigue can be caused by something as simple as a vitamin B-12 deficiency, but the only way to know for sure is to see your doctor. Are you experiencing any strange symptoms besides fatigue?
Cheers,
Curt
