Did I just have a seizure?

I was going to sleep and was half way unconscious /half way conscious and after a few seconds I felt my entire hand shaking without my control and I couldn't stop it but was aware it was happening as soon as this happened I had a weird feeling in my head and felt like I was going to have a panic attack. It wasn't like jerks or anything I usually get it was full on shaking when I was close to falling asleep. Anyone relate? What could this be?

I've had this too, does it kind of feel like a rumble, or heavy vibration maybe? I feel it in my chest as well. If you or anyone else figures this out id appreciate it, its becoming debilitating :( im sorry you hve to deal with this as well
