Happens to me while I'm sleeping, I don't know what it is.

So I was diagnosed with temporal lobe epilepsy a few years ago, although my main health issue right now is anxiety disorder.
I don't know which of the two is this related to. But when I sleep, I'll get really agitated, wake up and toss and turn in bed, fall back asleep for about ten minutes, then the same thing happens.
Now, it doesn't only happen this way, but once I start to drift off, I get vertigo. It goes on until I finally manage to get (very little) sleep
Can anybody help me with the causes of this? Does it have a name?

Best person to answer this is your doc, particularly a neurologist.
