I need to find out what this means.

I woke up this morning quite early so I got back in bed and closed my eyes for what felt like two seconds then I began to hear a noise next to my bed which sort of sounded like someone typing on a keyboard but I ignored it because I thought it was my bearded dragon moving around in his enclosure. The noise continued for a bit then stopped and suddenly I feel a pressure applied across my chest as if someone was there holding me down pushing harder and harder. I couldn’t move or speak, I wanting to scream out so badly and I was too afraid to open my eyes, it felt so real, as the pressure increased, a ringing sound grew louder in my ears, and I couldn’t breathe, if felt like I was dying. But then I jumped up opening my eyes and gasped air frantically, this has never happened to me before and I was so scared to go back to sleep. I had only gone back to sleep for a few minutes and it began within few seconds after closing my eyes when usually it takes me a few minutes to drift of to sleep. It had felt like something was pressing on my chest even after I woke up. I’m scared to go back to sleep and the only way I can calm down is if I know what this is.

Sounds like either exploding head syndrome or sleep paralysis; maybe some combination of the two.  If so, rest assured both are considered harmless, and you are safe in letting go the worry.  If you are still concerned, a doctor can help you sort it out.

This sounds like night/sleep terrors and/or sleep paralysis, which feels surreal and even supernatural, but is fundamentally harmless. It could be that you're suffering more stress/anxiety in life at the moment. If it continues, you may also like to have yourself checked out. It may be that you're not getting quality sleep for whatever reason.
