Maybe we should try ROSEREM?

Hello! Which sleeping pill is stronger, Belsomra or  Rozerem? I take 2 tablets of Belsomra at night for 20 mg plus 2 tablets of Donormil. Should I try Rozerem?

Hello! Melatonin doesn't help me. Zaleplon helps to sleep, but it can not be taken for a long time, as it is addictive. The diagnosis of chronic insomnia with anxiety disorder. I'm taking ESCITALOPRAM. Now me helps 2 pills Belsomra on 20 mg plus 2 pills Donormila. But since Belsomra is expensive, can I replace it with Rozerem? Maybe one tablet of Rozerem will be enough for me?

We can't advise you on dosing and encourage you to speak to the doctor you work with.  Rozerem works by stimulating melatonin receptors in the body. It is non addictive and the only medication that is shown to be safe to use for six months of insomnia where as all of the other ones are generally expected to be used short term.  Do you have difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep after falling asleep or both?  The hope is if you are treating your anxiety disorder, that your insomnia will get better.
I used to have trouble falling asleep and waking up early. Belsomra and Donormil helped me overcome this problem. But I take Belsomra as prescribed by a doctor dosage that exceeds the maximum dosage by 2 times. Belsomra without Denormal is not helping me.

Hello and welcome to the forum.  Thank you for your question.  Questions regarding medication are best discussed with your doctor as they prescribe the medication and know your particular situation.  What is your specific issue with insomnia? Rozerem seems to be best used for those who don't fall asleep easily.  Is that your situation? It works on melatonin and is not supposed to be habit forming which is a great benefit.  https://www.medicinenet.com/rozerem/article.htm  Belsomra works for both trouble falling asleep and staying asleep.  Since you are already taking two agents, are they not working?
