Please, help me..

Hello everyone! maybe someone had such a problem .. Two years ago I felt something in my head, a heat, then a big headache .. A few days later I started to sleep a lot, about 18 hours and my vision started to double, to see badly, I started to have very big spasms in my head, my concentration disappeared, my thinking became slow. I went to the doctor and he had an MRI, they ruled out multiple sclerosis and other tumors. I did other investigations like: doppler, electroencephalogram and blood tests .. All went well, I went to the psychiatrist, he recommended me to take Escitalopram 20mg, I followed for a year and nothing changed, then I went to another doctor and he told me to try Venlafaxine 37.5mg and already for 8 months I followed and still nothing .. It's been two years and something, I feel just as bad, very weak, so feeling that my brain does not recover after many hours of sleep, double vision or foggy , memory affected, I can't do any activity, I don't have energy, I always want to sleep and I feel very hard spasm behind the head .. The other day I did some tests and ultrasound .. I did an analysis CA19-9, the norm is 37 for me it came out 89, could there be any connection between my condition and this analysis? Thanks.

These symptoms are very typical of autoimmune disease, specifically myasthenia Gravis or lambert Eaton syndrome. Please advocate for yourself and get an appointment with a neuromuscular specialist.  And definitely rule out cancer.

Hope all is well

Ask your doc for a referral to an MD who specializes in sleep.  If you go that route, look for AASM board certification.
