REM sleep too soon - opening eyes while asleep

I had a sleep study done and could not go to sleep, was in too much pain and uncomfortable. So I watched myself sleep at home (recorded it). I went into REM sleep within 40 min of closing my eyes. Is anything under 70 min considered abnormal? I also had a lot of arousals where I would open my eyes up, sometimes raise up, stretch, rub my eyes, scratch my head, whatever, was not aware of it, only remembered waking up a couple of times. Would fall right back asleep. Is that considered normal?
