Your description sounds like how I described my sleep apnea before I was diagnosed. I happened to have some breathing problems during the day also, but I have other lung issues and have for years. Sleep apnea is hard onthe the body and brain, and especially the heart. Hope get get evaluated and if needed treated soon.
Hi Tara, I was wondering if that was sleep apnea. Sometimes when this happens especially at night, I wake up drowning, coughing and gasping. I really get bothered by it and have difficulty getting back to sleep. I was wondering if part of it for me was anxiety. Do you think it's possible. I do believe 1Pet5:7-"Casting all your care upon Him; for He careth for you"; but I do believe we were created with a desire to live. I also truly practice. Phil4:6,7-Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Again, it can be quite terrifying when this happens. What are your thoughts on this? I was under the impression, and may well have been wrong, that it had more to do with my heart?
