Sleep Study- Arousals

Hello,
Can someone help me with my sleep study results? The doctor told me everything was normal, but this sure doesn't seem to support that statement:
Overall arousal index was 76.3/hour. Spontaneous arousal index was 51.6/hour.
Respiratory arousal index was 76.3/hour
I have horrible fatigue, wake frequently, and my recent EEG was abnormal with spikes in the posterior medial temporal lobe.
I am having the worst luck with doctors. I don't have any diagnosis other than a seizure disorder. Any help you could provide would be amazing.
Thank you.

You might try consulting with an MD who specializes in sleep if you're not doing that now.  If you go that route, look for AASM board certification.
