Sleep issues pressure
So I have sleep apnea and use a cpap. Lately when I swallowI get pressure in my ears, think when in an airplane and your ears don’t pop. I have to break the seal in my mask to get the pressure to release. I have also been havin tinnitus symptoms. Anyone have any insight to this? Just trying to figure out why this is happening.
