Stuck in repeated nightmares all very similar and I can't wake up

So it actually just happened about an hour ago and everything is still very fresh. I'm still very scared. I went to bed at 2:20...woke up at 2:37. I felt like I was in my dream for hours but the whole time I was fighting to wake up. I've read stuff about how mental disorders can cause some stuff like this and I do have depression and anxiety but I am on medication for them. So I was in my room laying down in the same place every time on my bed, and something would always be there pushing my down and hurting me. I couldn't speak or yell for help but I could move. I'd get up every time and go to my parents room every time and try and beg for help but I couldn't speak and then something would hurt me and then I'd "wake up" again in the same position in my bed and then it would all repeat. But each time the pain and the spot where I got pushed on would change. The last one before I woke up, the same thing happened but at the end the lights went out and I felt this huge shove on my leg but I was actually awake now and I was more terrified than I have ever been. I'm not sure if it's a medical thing or (idk if you guys believe in the paranormal) but my lights have been turning on and off by themselves the last few nights and I've felt very uneasy. Like I'm being watched. And my mom just said we might have a loose circuit but we had problems with my room being "messed with" when I was a child. And she witnessed that. So I'm really not sure if there is anything medically that explains what happened to me or what the hell that was because it was absolutely terrifying being stuck in just a repeated nightmare and wanting to wake up but can't. This is the first time this has happened to me.
