When can i expect results from bipap?

Dr says bipap use during sleep study is way to go after cpap was not. I couldn't fall asleep using cpap. Normally i fall asleep so fast i dont remember falling asleep. Twice while eating,with partially chewed food on my mouth ,many times in my driveway after a short drive, during movies always..it's unreal.i have no life and beginning heart failure. I'm changed to healthy eating,alkaline,leafy green,organic etc.does anyone think this bioap is going to really help me. I have to rent it and pay $180 down and $95 a month. Any suggestions are appreciated. He says my apnea is called complex and that my brain is not cooperating,so it's not just the tongue thing.thanks guys
