hi!  I'm boiling my resmed mask in water for 30sec and I think it really helps to clean it out, vinegar may also work
I've been taking d mannose hoping it will stop any brain damage I've gotten from sleep apnea
if anyone wants to talk about sleep apnea and treatments that would be great!
I really wish I had gotten surgery several years ago like UPPP because of what terrible things this disease has done to my life

I use the mirage quattro full face.  I heard that nasal pillows are good but some say that you can't use it with asv or higher pressures?

   Hi there thank you for getting back to me , i am sorry to hear the problems you are having , couldn't you try another type of mask , forgive but you don't say where you from ??? What type of mask have you  ????...........Bob

I have an ASV and still can't sleep on it more than 1-2 hours a night- keep taking the mask off

I think the thinking problems are from sleep apnea and maybe brain damage.  don't you experience the same thing??

    Hi there i don't know how you got brain damage , surely it can't be because of Sleep Apnea !!!!!!!!!!!! What CPAP machine have you got ??? looking forward to your  reply Take care ............Bob
