dreams seem real life

giving you a little background about me - 21 year old female had a stroke may have been caused by PFO had that closed. have migraines with aura. and left arm left leg left side of face go numb and cant speak well and lose balance and throw up. and have had these weird episodes where i get high pitched sound in ears and then im awake but im not really there but i look completely normal. then my right arm feels off and weird ...i have no memory of what someone said to me or what happened. and i feel zoned out( not diagnosed.) i am always tired!-on verapamil topamax nortripilyne effexor baby aspirin. not on high doses of anything!!!! now heres my question!!

every night when i go to bed i have these dreams very vivid dreams and i cant tell when i wake up if they really happened or not. it is very confusing. they are so real!!!!!! all the same people are in it. all the same things that i do. everything!!!! it scares me a lot. that i cannot tell. i just have to think that everything is a dream so i dont confuse the two. what should i do!!!!???? im also very tired all the time. i always space out and its hard to focus.

Hve you tried posting this on a stroke or heart issues forum? Maybe some other people who have pfo or who have had a stroke are also having the same symptoms. :(
