heavy drinker,self harm sleep walker

hi im 20 years old. i was sucidal (wanting to kill my self ) ive cut my arm a fue times befor, maby 3 years. now and i just woke up today with a LARG.larg cut , and i had 3 beers, befor i wento sleep,i woke up and i was bleeding, maby a ghost, ( but i have ben having very bad dreams latly ( was not drinking for 5 weeks ( last night was my first big boozer in a long time,) so i was still having the dreams wen i was not drunk,,,, cod sleep patens make dreams or dreams tern out that im doing somthing like cuting my arm, wen im dreaming about scary army fighting ( not in army yet,) boilermaker, apprentice

Hey hang in there and alcohol no matter how self medicating makes the nuero system a mess. You obviously are in a lot of pain cutting yourself to get the brain some relief. Try to find a doctor, family member someone to get you help. Take care I have a son who is  much like you.
