sleep disorder

I have to use a computer daily, but, the problem is I find myself jerking and waking up, not knowing I was asleep.  This is getting worse.

I am not clear about something. Is this happening to you while you are using the computer? if so, I don't understand the reply from Paderta Anitha.

Hello and hope you are doing well.

Your symptoms of moving your limbs in sleep could be due to a sleep disorder called Periodic Limb Movement Disorder (PLMD). They disrupt sleep and cause involuntary movements during sleep. The cause is not known. They can be diagnosed with a sleep study and medications help to control them. ou will need to consult your primary care physician, who may schedule you for a polysomnogram (sleep test) to rule out sleep disorders and initiate appropriate therapy.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.

The computer is causing the problem. Unfortunately I forget why. Here's hoping that a member with a better memory will enlighten you.
