You seem to have chronic insomnia. The first step would be to rule the causes for insomnia like sleep disorders. Next it is treated with both medical and non medical therapy. Medical (sedatives) are given in the temporary initial phase, this is combined with non medical measures like sleep hygiene, relaxation therapy, stimulus control, and sleep restriction which are referred to as cognitive behavioral therapies. As the non medical measures help to restore your sleep rhythm, the sedatives are withdrawn.
Discuss these options with your consulting doctor.
In the meantime, follow good sleep hygiene measures like going to bed at the same time, waking up at the same time, avoidance of alcohol, smoking and caffeinated beverages. Maintain warm, comfortable bedroom environment and engage in relaxing activities like a warm bath before bed time. This is known to promote sleep.

Do you eat late in the evening sometimes eating crabs ,sugar will keep you awake , do you also think a lot aswell as thats another thing will keep you sleepless?
my mom has diabetes for 12years,shes been taking daniel tablet for this.but from this 1year shes been suffering from leg pain.can u please tell me a solution for this problem
usually i go to bed at 10pm,but till night 10pm to morning 7am i dont feel sleepy.and also i dont feel hungry at all.due to this reason,i find very hard to concentrate on my studies.please do help me ....................
