Cold Turkey anyone?
Just wondering.
I have smoked for 54 years. Have tried to stop countless times. Failed every time. Now I am clear for a little over a year. I used a method - not a product. It worked for me very, very well. All my smoking symptoms have disappeared. I feel 20 years younger and I would like to share my experience.
If it is so effective and easy to quit smoking - what is needed here? Communication? Of course. Let's go for it!
