Getting Back into the Loop

Today is my second 24 hours of being smoke free. My breathing did not change yesterday so I'm going to try another 24 hours to see if this gets better. I could smell the smoke permiating the car and house yesterday. Amazing how fast my smeller turned back on. Only used inhaler one time yesterday. Still laying on couch with colon infection. Complete diet change (for life) for which lifestyle change will follow. Hello 50 ~ here I come!

Thank you for the support. Thank goodness I'm still waking up with chest pain from smoking. Great reminder for me to try another 24 hours.

So great to see you back on the forum, El.  You know I'm here for you and cheering you on!  You also heal faster when you don't smoke, did you know that?

Congrats again and good luck!
