I quite smoking over 3 months ago and I am still having a really hard time of it;

Any helpful or encouraging thoughts on staying off them?

Congrats on quitting!!  3 months is great!!  There is a website you could check out( smoke free . gov )  That is all one word but wrote it that way so it would'nt get x'd out.  I know the cravings are bad but remember they only last for a short time.  You are doing something really good for you and your body.  In time the struggles will lessen.  Check out that website as they have some good ideas!
