Pain, itching headache normal?

Okay so im kind of freaking out. Iv had stomach problems for a while combined with Weightloss and everything,EXCEPT stomach pain. This is all probably due to celiac though. Anyway a while back i quit smoking and started vaping but that probably made me have more nicotine. About a month ago i quit that too but since then iv had these weird symptoms like stomach ache which i have never had despite my other problems. Also got this itching feeling along my arms and back as well as headaches. Cant sleep at all either. Maybe the chems in the vape is different somehow? First 1 - 2 weeks I almost didnt feel a thing but after week 2 everything kind of jumped me. Swear my heart is like Usain Bolt right now. Sorry for bad grammar by the way im from across the pond.
