I know but I have only smoked less than 40 or jus about 40 and believe me I will seriously not go back to that ive realized that in the future I do not want no problems and I'm sure most smoker my age do not know that. I'm Just worried about it. like I said I drink alot of tea because it takes out the toxins in ur body and I exercise alot, bike ride, walk, work out play sports so I am healthy I'm just worried about in the future
You are a very smart young man to stop smoking. PLEASE do not think a few here & a few there will not hurt you...because it is so highly addictive, you may be smoking every day before you even know it!! Next week my very best friend is having surgery in her lung for lung cancer..she is only 50....and smoked since your age..By the way, this is her 3rd kind of cancer!! Tongue Cancer, Bladder cancer, and now Lung!! Believe me, you do not want a life like hers. Keep up the good work!! Stay away from those ugly cancer causing sticks that will ruin your life...they should be illegal!! I wish they were never invented!!

especially because my parents raised me not to do that kind of stuff and I hear it in assemblys and many people tell me not to do but I went behind their back and did it anyways and I feel stupid for doing it and get scared about future. for example I go to wonderland and I want to enjoy myself but I still have the scared feeling on my mind and I just want to get rid of it but I don't know how because I'm scared
alright thank you so much. im not worrying to much anymore now. I was just nervous because even though I didn't do to many of them I was still worrying about the future because I do not want to get any health problems such as lung cancer, heart disease or cancer. I know it was wrong to do and like u said I have seen the light to stop and I'm very bright to see that, thank you. I'm only 15 so I don't want to be worrying about it and like I said I do not want any problems in the future
No worries. Put it behind you and move on. It is great that you stopped.
Congratulations on giving up smoking. You have done a great thing and are very strong.
Please don't worry about the long term affects of your dabble with cigarettes. It takes about 15 to 20 years to develop cancer after exposure to cigarettes (roughly) and I have read that if you give up before you are 30 your risks of getting cancer (and heart disease, don't forget that dreadful affect from smoking) are not much more than of someone who has never smoked. Please don't take that as a green light to smoke until you're 30 though. I only add it to try to make you stop worrying. Life if for enjoying and you are very young to be worrying about cancer.
Good luck and take care. You have an exciting future and are obviously very bright to have seen the light so quickly.
