I freeze up sometime while talking to people

It tends to have more over electronic devices but not in all cases.  For example, I will be calling a friend and it goes to voicemail, I know exactly what I want to say but no words come out of my mouth. If I get that first word out then the rest are fine. So 98% of the time I just don't leave voicemails.  Words that start with the letter a or e are more commonly to cause this problem. When this problem happens in person I am able to say "nevermind" once I freeze up.
