Speech Problem?

I am a 19-year-old girl who has been experiencing trouble when finding words. It started 4 years ago, sometimes I could not remember the name of a specific word or I would remember the first letter of the world but not the entire word. I didn't really think much of it as it was not that frequent. But as of lately, it has been getting worse. For example, the other day, I could not remember the word "dishwasher" and I had to describe it instead. When I study and try to remember a word, my brain comes up with an unrelated word to the one I want to remember with similar letters. This also happens when talking. I have started to mix letters, and occasionally forget articles or use plural/singular incorrectly. The other day I heard the word "joke" and could not remember what I meant, it had no meaning to me. When reading I have noticed that I read one word instead of the one that is written (this doesn't happen that often). I am positive that I am not dyslexic. My memory is also really bad but I was never as bad as it is now.

Thank you in advance!

So, how is your stress level?  Are you anxious or depressed at all?  What about your sleep?  Is this still going on for you?  Sorry you didn't get an answer sooner.  Do you think you have aphasia?  https://www.webmd.com/brain/aphasia-causes-symptoms-types-treatments#1  While this is most common in older folks who have had a stroke, any age can develop this.  Any thing happen?  Brain injury, head getting hit, concussion?  Now, I will tell you that when I worked nights and another period of my life when I two little babies (my kids are really close in age), I was sleep deprived in a way that was paramount for cognitive issues.  I had trouble remembering things and speaking as well.  And being depressed or overly anxious can impair our communication as well.
