I was found to have myelomalacia at c5-c6 3 yeas ago.

I had my last surgery 3 years ago. A bone spur was removed and a posterior lameinectomy with fusion was done. Have heard that myelomalacia can ascend but rarely descends. I have slowly begun to have lower back pain, hip pain and pain down the front of thigh.I have had 3 spinal surgeries. Just scared about these last symptoms. I haven't bee to doctor yet. Thank you for any answers you may have or if you have experienced what I am experienced.
