Severe shock/sharp pain in thoracic spine, previous fractures

Hi, I am having intermittent pain in my back that feels like an electric shock and sharp.
I fractured my back at T7,T8, and T9 about 5 months ago. I still have pain when I am walking because of that.  But this new pain is different. It's a quick shock like pain that's lasts about 1 second.  It's very intense and has been happening on and off for about three hours now. It hurts right at T8. Should I be worried that something worse is happening in my back, or could I have just irritated the old fractures somehow. Pain is 9/10 when it comes.  Side note, I also have osteoporosis at 30 years old, female. Could this be a worse complication of the fractures, or is it not a big deal?  Thank you in advance.
