What do theses MRI findings actually mean?

Multilevel central canal stenosis:  At C3-4, disc osteophyte effaces the sac and abuts the anterior cord.  Uncovertebral spurs cause mild foraminal recess narrowing.  At C4-5, disc osteophyte flattens the anterior cord without myelomalacia or edema bilateral foraminal narrowing is present.  At C5-6, disc osteophyte is eccentric to the right flattening and deforming the anterior hemi cord greater than on the left.  There is narrowing of the right recess and foramen greater than left as well.  At C6-7, there is a small disc osteophyte eccentric to the left deforming the sac.  At C2-3 and C7-T1, the discs are relatively normal.  There is no myelomalacia or edema.  The cervicomedullary  cervicothoracic junctions are currently intact.  C4-5 and C5-6 disc osteophyte effaces the sac and abuts the anterior cord.  There is deformity of the cord.

FYI:  I am currently undergoing pain treatment, (acupuncture, injections,burning nerves), but am still always in pain.  This doctor working on me speaks terrible English and I just want to get a better handle on this so I don't end up paralyzed from the neck down.  Thank you
