Whole Spine MRI answers. lease help

Could you please tell me what this MRI means.

MRI RESULTS.

The axial imaging slight narrowing at C5/C6 and C6/C7 where the CSF space is effected.
There is moderate left foraminal stenosis at C5/C6 which is a new finding since last scan.  There is also moderate foraminal stenosis on the right side at C6/C7.

The thoracic spine disc dehydration and disc prolapses at T4/T5,  T5/T6.  T8/T9,  T11/T12. And T12/L1.

In the lumber spine there is multilevel disc degeneration and retrolisthesis of L2 ON L3 which is associated with more prominent degenerative changes.

Degenerative changes throughout the whole spine.
Multiple thoracic disc prolapses.
Minor spondylolisthesis at L2/L3.
