I'm wondering if this might all be due to stress?

Hi everyone, for a little background I'm a 26 yr old male.  I suppose I'm prone to stress and depression, and I have other family members on medication to help with that.  For the past month now I have been having on and off various symptoms.  It started when I heard of a acquaintance passing from a osteosarcoma.  I immediately began to worry and attempted to brush it off. However after returning to the gym from a long hiatus I noticed the aches and pains from my few days of working out weren't going away and i refrained from going back.
My aches were primarily in my calfs, shins, forearms, and triceps.  But I also had pain in my biceps, thighs, hamstrings, calves, lower back, and shoulder.  There was also occasional stinging sensations in my triceps and biceps.
At this very moment I feel my forearms ache and slightly burn and are cold.  I also began to notice that i was dropping weight, going from 184-180, then 180-178.  This freaked me out and I saw my doctor several times trying to pinpoint a diagnosis.  In the same time I also was suffering from prolonged headaches that occurred on ym forehead or the back of my head.  After various blood tests, it was found that my white blood cell count was slightly high (around 10.5), my vitamin d was low, and my testosterone levels were low.  However, my sedimentary level was normal and the physician reassured me this meant osteosarcoma was negative. A week later towards the end of march I started having bad cramps and sensations in my lower abdomen and went to the ER as I was doubled over and couldn't walk much.
In The ER they performed a chest Xray, CT scan of my lower abdomen and also did an Ultrasound.  There were no concrete findings although through a prostate exam, it was determined I have Prostatitis.  I am now on medication (ciprofloxacin) and for a week I wasfeeling good until I started having pains in my forearms and calves again.  I went to urgent care demanding an X-ray because I had psyched myself up so much.  The X-ray came back clear and I left a little reassured again.  The following week I started  taking a probiotic.  I vomited later that same night, became bloated, and lost my appetite.  After a couple days of this I noticed my chest burning and feeling heavy.  My heart felt like it was dipping and racing.  Last night I woke up in the middle of the night with a bpm of 128, sweating, and feeling the aches and pains return to my legs and forearms.  All throughout today I could feel the aches as I walked or clenched my fists and my extremities getting colder.  It frustrates me because as a teacher and artist, I rely on my arms and it's awful to feel my forearms burn after writing or drawing for 2 mins.
Is this all in my head or could this be something else? I'm looking for any suggestions, and I'm currently am on the wait list for a neurologist as well.
