Hello and welcome to MedHelp's forums. Thanks for your questions. We recommend that you see your doctor for an examination and to discuss this.  Stress is something that our body does react to including delayed ovulation which leads to delayed menstrual cycles. https://www.webmd.com/women/why-is-my-period-so-random#1.  Stress is on the list of things that can cause menstrual irregularity.  Other things also include if your routine is changed, if you have been sick, if you exercise too much, if you've had any trauma either physical or emotional, if you have lost or gained weight.  You also can look at your hormone levels and thyroid.  Those impact irregular cycles as well and a blood test at your doctor's office could determine if this is the case.

Managing stress is important.  Think about what your triggers are and try to reduce or better, eliminate those as well as lead a healthy lifestyle that will promote less stress.  https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/stress-management/basics/stress-basics/hlv-20049495

So, see your doctor for help in this matter and let us know how it goes.
