I've been have several issues lately and since I generally don't have a particular physician and these symptoms may be nothing, I thought I would ask.

• shaky
• slight face numbness
• heart jumping around - no pain could be intestinal?
• sharp occasional abdomen pain
• exhaustion
• exhaustion and shakiness to the point of taking two days off work
• Oh and two nights ago I was laying in bed and I heard a snap in my head with a flash of light. Kind of like lightening in my head (I know I sound crazy)

So I started my regime of vitamins and the nerves and stress are still daily. Shaky daily... exhaustion will come later.. but until then I'm currently feeling half awake, when I am usually running around. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Dear Michelle

Sorry to hear that you are not feeling the best.  My advice is to go to a doctor & get checked out.  This is not really a site for guessing what's wrong or not with you. you need to be examined for someone to make that call.

I forgot to mention the ringing in my ears... I've kinda gotten used to it. didn't know if that was important... could be all nothing or stress. But just the releif of hearing someone else say it's nothing would be nice.
