I am so sorry about your stroke.  Are you receiving physical therapy for this?  So, is this tingling new?  If so, please see your neurologist. In general, a stroke can cause changes in the brain that may result in this type of tingling even though on the other side of the body.  However, if it is new, please go be examined as soon as possible by your neurologist.  hugs to you.  I am sure the stroke has changed your life dramatically.
