Where can I share a theory about improving visual field loss after stroke?

I'm not a doctor, but after suffering vision loss due to stroke, I had developed a theory about how the retinal ganglion cells are aware of the stroke downstream of the nerve signals, so they decide to degenerate.

According to this theory I developed vision exercises and practiced them.
My vision had improved. Maybe thanks to the exercise.
Now I would like to share the theory and exercises, so others might also benefit from it.

Just to be clear, I'm not looking to make a business out of it. I wish to share it freely with anyone who might benefit from it.

I'm looking for a site where I can describe it in detail.
