lacunar stroke and chances of having another one

I had a lacunar infracts last year. The ct scan showed multiple infracts and the ages with undetermined. What is someones chances having another one? It has been a year and have been taking all my prescriptions properly and same time every day. I worry a lot about staying home along with my daughter at night (she's 7). When i was pregnant with her i was really sick and had extremely high blood pressure and developed pre-eclampsia

Lacunar infarctions can recur. The meds you take are (I assume) designed to prevent easy blood clotting and if necessary, keep your blood pressure in the normal range. Hypertension (long term) is the single most prevalent risk factor for lacunar strokes. Check your BP regularly and don't smoke (that includes pot).
