are you doing your range of motion excercises faithfully?
I agree with Madisonbrowne! You need to do your full range of motion exercises as a new lifestyle. If it isn't any fun... well, there are some other ideas for making it fun! Do Tai Chi exercises, Yoga, or check out the eVO stationary cycle that has full range of motion by Assistive Therapy Solutions. Start off with a hot bath to relax muscles and then go do your stretching and into the activities then to a cool down.
I have arthritis in my right foot and lower back which wakes me up from a sound sleep around 2 a.m. every night. I have to go through all of this at 2 a.m. in order to get back to sleep.
I have, also, just gone through a month of Anodyne and PT treatment for the pain in my legs and feet - I had been having severe cramping in my legs that is now gone.
