I expect there is a lot of pressure and discrimination placed on you regarding your gender and perceived choices.
Have you tried therapy to work through some of your thoughts and feelings?
I expect surgery must bring with it a lot of fears and concerns even if it is something that feels right to you.

Feel free to chat here but I would definitely recommend you seek additional support (friends, family, therapist, etc.  Whatever is most appropriate to you.).

Good luck with everything and take care.

You're welcome.  How are you doing now?  Have you been able to talk to someone (like really talk) about how you're feeling?  Do you feel terrified about your choices?
I was just wondering.  Aren't there hormone injections?  Could they be affecting how you're feeling?

I hope you have someone close to you who can listen.  When is your surgery set for?
I've had surgery for breast cancer issues and that was overwhelming enough.  I would seriously not like to be in your position.  I hope you have a good doctor and team and they have explained everything well and more importantly, do a good job.

What, why or for who do you feel you're trying to keep it together for.  It's OK to discuss concerns.  Strength sometimes comes from being weak.

I hope my posting this was OK.  It would be nice to talk to you again.

Take care for now.
