Crunches and weightlifting during the 2 week wait

I exercise with a personal trainer twice a week. We do crunches and squats and weight lift machines. Of course I will stop working out hard if I get pregnant, but is this safe to do during the two week wait after ovulation? Will it affect implantation? I never get too overheated, but I definitely use my stomach and leg muscles to moderate exhaustion.

(Has anyone asked their doc about this? I am in Uruguay and my English speaking doc is away until June.)

My doc told me that crunches and my normal routine is totally fine during the two week wait, He said I don't have to adjust a hard workout routine until I am deemed pregnant.

I asked my doctor if it would be okay to exercise and go to the gym while trying ttc. She said they encourage it and also during the pg. Though she said try not to do alot of weights then

I am very curious too. I work out 4-5 days a week, both cardio and weight training. I hope someone knows or has asked their Doc about this and will post something! Lots of Baby Dust and good luck!
