inserting prometrium....
having a little issue during the day with gel cap sliding out (or part of it sliding out) when I am active- or it falling into the toilet. hope this is not tmi! I try to insert it as close to my cervix as I can. The coating is slick. I am concerned I am not getting enough progesterone into my system. Any suggestions.
My RE said that I should lay flat for 15 minutes after insertion...it worked.
Go back to the oil. I know the shots are not good. I would defentily ask them to check your progesterone levels when you go back. Keep in mind that these inserts do not usually register in your blood.
