Chest and stomach pain and headaches

I'm 16 and a female but about 5 weeks ago I wasn't feeling good and went to the doctor had a cold and chest pain on the left side of my chest. We just figured it was congestion or something but the cold went away and the chest pain never did. A few days later it had gotten and I had gone to the doctor I think 2 times and I had a chest x Ray and it was normal and the doctor listened to my heart and stuff and it was all normal so she just said it was musculoskeletal pain. I also started having really bad stomach and back pains and I wasn't sleeping because of it. Finally me and my mom decided to go to the er to see if they could just do tests and stuff all at the same time to speed up the process but, the doctor didn't do any tests and said there wasn't anything else to do other than take Tylenol and ibuprofen which wasn't helping. That doctor said it wasn't mono but a virus like mono. So I went home and it kept getting worse and in the middle of the next day all of a sudden I was extremely lightheaded and sweaty and naseous. I had been naseous before but I was a lot more naseous this time. So we decided to go to a different er and they did an ekg/ blood test / urin test/ abdominal ct with contrast. Everything came back normal except my white blood cell count was high and they sent me home with a muscle relaxer, Pepcid, and nausea medicine. It seemed to be working a little for a day or 2 and then it seemed like it was back to the same thing again so I went back and they said my white blood cell count was a little lower but still high but didn't find anything again. I kept having issues but my chest pains had gone away and my regular doctor thought it could be gas so I tried gas x for a week and nothing helped and then I went back and they said it could be gall sludge. After that I made an appointment with a gastroenterologist and she said it sounded like gastritis so she put me on omeprazol and also had me get a abdominal x Ray to make sure I didn't have any poop in my intestines since I had been constipated. X Ray was clear and the omeprazol helped the pain I was having in the middle of my stomach that was really bad but I still had pain on my left and right side. I did a poop lab and that came out clear. My chest pains came back and originally it was just my left chest but now it's my left chest and radiates down my arm and to my shoulder and occasionally my right side of my chest hurts. Lately I've been having headaches on the back of my head and sometimes it's on the right or left backside of my head and it feels like something is squeezing my head. Tylenol or ibuprofen doesn't help either pain. This past Monday I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy and my doctor said it looked good but in kids sometimes that doesn't show things so she took a bunch of biopsies and I have an appointment Monday to find out the results. It's really weird cause I have changing symptoms and the pain isn't constant it randomly happens and switches between what hurts except now my head is almost constantly hurting. I also have been getting lightheaded and dizzy a lot recently and having a weird feeling I don't know how to describe its almost like my blood sugar is off but it's not actually off and my heart is beating fast but that feeling isn't constant. I was just wondering if anyone had any clues on to what this possibly could be because it's super weird and it doesn't fit into any condition.
