Hardness and Pluse in Stomach

My stomach is hard, mainly in the center of it. I am slim for my height (5 ft 1, 95 lbs.) so that might be a reasom why I can feel the  pulsations of my heart throughout my entrie upper and center abdomen. I was constipated last week, but now I am almost back to regular bowel movements,  but this morning I got this really weird taste that came up my throat and into the mouth... it tasted like throatup, blood, and maybe metal (sorry its hard to describe) Plus I havent had my period this month, but I was very stressed the week prior to it, so it must of stopped it. I'm 14 years and 6 months and have never had a physical relationship. Help!

Thanks for your concern! The blood taste has stopped and so has the constipation. Now I feel super tired sometimes and limp. My stomach is still hard and there is a hard hard little area were the pulsation is the strongest. It is still equal to the pluse in my neck and wrist, so it couldnt be a baby. My stomach has thinned out but by mid afternoon and evening it gets bigger... and today my sides have by uncomfortable, as if the muscles are tense and tight, and that the dont feel right under my skin with some mild nausea. Again thank you for contributing so far.

A couple of other things that might be going on. If you have a sinus infection you can have drainage that will give you that strange taste, especially if your sinuses are dry and bleeding a little. The other thing is stomach issues. GERD can cause acid to come up into your throat and give you that awful taste.
I do hope you get in to see your Dr soon. It can be frustrating not knowing what's going on.

Thanks! I still keep having this on and off taste of blood coming up my throat (but really there is no blood) and I don't think it's a virus. I've had problems for about 2 weeks. I might see I doctor if It continues. Thank you again!

Are you having any pain in your stomach, or just the strange feelings?
Yes, stress can cause your period to be late or you can miss it altogether.
If you're having any pain at all or these strange feelings keep happening get in to see your Dr. You might have a slight stomach virus from what you're describing.
