Height issue

I'm almost 18 and like 5'10, not that short, but all my friends and most people around me are way taller than me. Is there any diet or medicines available that might help me grow a little taller? Does HGH treatment work, and what can be the average cost per/month?

I never seemed to have the growth spurt during puberty.

Any help would would be appreciated.

Thank you

I am 14 years old and have had scans, X-rays, a bunch of tests, ect to prove this but I am 4'8" and done growing. Bottom line I don't have any growth plates anymore I cannot grow even just 1/4 of an inch. So I'm having to accept how I am along with all my friends. I am not a midget. I had my period at 10 and I'm just small in stature. Depending on when you got your period, 2 years after you have it, that's it. You are done growing, I've talked to many doctors about this. And you are 18 so I'm guessing you probably don't have growth plates anymore. Your bones can't just "grow". Sorry hun. Just accept your height!

im only joking i dont care how tall i am, im happy, and you should feel the same, tall people arent any more special than us shorties dont worry about your height 5'10 is tall enough,

if you have any tall people in ur family then there's a chance you may grow a bit more good luck

Hi,
Go to an endocrinologist and get your bone age evaluated. From that he will be able to tell you if you can grow further. If the bones are fused, there is no easy way to get taller. If not, you take balanced food and do regular exercise, you may be able to grow for another two years, especially, if your expected genetic height is more than your present height.
