thanks for the response doc :)

my father is only 5'5" and my mom is 5' but my mother's side is a family of tall people. She's the only one who didn't reach at least 5'5 in their family.
so i guess its okay if i do some exercises that would help me increase my height?

Hi!
You height depends a lot on your average family height. If most people in your family are tall, then you are likely to be tall. You are 170 cm or 5.5 feet, which is a good height for a 14 year old. You can expect some increase by another two years. However, if your height has been stable for last two years, you need to re-assess your physical training part with your trainer and add some exercises to increase your length. Also, you can talk to your doctor and see whether you have any hormonal deficiencies. Take care!
