How to buff up

Ever since my weight loss, I was a little bit concerned about my physical. I do lost significant amount of weight and yes, I got skinny but the thing that I'm not really expecting is to see that my arms are like bones and my collarbones are very visible. I was like, confused, I did proper exercise and I expect for a lean body but not like that, stick-ish. Is there any way to bulk up?

You very well could be going through another growth spurt. Men can keep growing into their early 20's. Keep eating healthy and exercising. If you're going through a growth spurt then it will probably be over soon and you will start gaining muscle. .

Healthy foods? Yeah. I'd been on it ever since last year and I still don't see any improvement in my body especially muscle mass.
