I masturbate in such a way that I can't achieve an orgasm with my boyfriend!

I am 20 and have been masturbating since I was about 12, so a long time! This started when I saw a really sexy sex scene and got an overwhelming tingly sensation around my vagina. My immediate reaction was to put some pressure on it or to like hump something to sort of tame it. It felt really good.

What I did was pull the crotch of my stretchy shorts up and sort of ride it or rub it against me. To this day that is the only thing that has made me orgasm. I usually lay down with a soft, stretchy pair of old shorts and just pull up the material and ride or hump it. Idk what really to call it. I know this isn't the normal way to masturbate/orgasm but it's the only way thats gives me an orgasm and very quickly.

My boyfriend is super frustrated that he isn't able to give me an orgasm and as far as he knows, he thinks i've never had one because I'm too weirded out to tell him how I give them to myself because I know he couldn't replicate it given it seems that I need these pair of shorts. I have tried to just touch myself with my hands and everything but it just doesn't do the trick. I have no idea what kind of orgasm my technique gives me but its amazing.

I have considered looking into vibrators but I heard they can de-sensitize your vagina and that still wont help my boyfriend give me one. I feel bad because he really does try and the sex still feels nice but no orgasm! It's frustrating because I know I can have one, but I don't know how to replicate the feeling to another more normal technique... and have one with my boyfriend!! I am open to any advice plz help lol
