I don't know if its migraine or brain tumor! Scared:(

Hello, I am 15 and turning 16 this year, I feel scared and I really need someone to tell me..I normally have headache during fever or sick. But now i have headaches and its quite new to me, because it happen this year, always before my period ( PMS ) I feel very sick and have severe headache and it eventually stops when my period starts, and I know it's a pms symptom like fatigue. This time I was having PMS I knew it was one of the symptoms, but its so weird that it continued all they way until I finished my period and it still continued until today. It's not something serious but the feeling is like tightness inside head around everywhere and it start during the afternoon , I get slight pain and moves everywhere around my head .. Lol I read about tension headaches and I felt like its tension headache , I don't get nausea vomiting like migraine , and I won't wanna get a brain scan and what if it comes out negative. I am very scared... I just need a answer that I am find. I am worried that I will die. I can't do anything with this headache. I don't know if its serious because I just can't do anything and just relax or massage my neck and it will feel I untightened. It's been a week or something. Do I really have to seek medical attention! Am I in risk am I gonna die? I don't know. My mum said its just fine . I don't!

Last time I used to slp with my iphone, and my phone would tell me not to because it causes brain tumor and I wasn't bothered by that now I realizes it and I don't put my phone near my brain. But sometimes I really just fall also beside it. Ok I really don't know and I am just scared to do anything now.
