I think I have a polyp

Hi,I recently discovered a bump with the shape of a grape in the surface of the anus , on the inside. It is visible when spreading my cheeks.
I don't feel pain nor noticed bleeding in feces. I'm pretty sure it's a polyp , but since I am 17, I don't know if I should see a doctor to remove it or if it will go away by itself. Or maybe I could remove it alone , I don't know.

Please don't try to remove this yourself.  If it does not resolve, you should definitely see a doctor.  You could permanently damage the tender skin in that area by trying to remove it yourself.

Are you sexually active? If so, it could be HPV.

I'm not sexually active .
How long should it take to go away by it's own? By the way, I forgot to mention that the bump is white
No one can tell you how long it will take to go away without knowing what it is.  It could be a wart, a skin tag, a polyp, or a cyst.  If it doesn't go away soon, or if it grows, you should see a doctor for diagnosis.
