Irritation from hair under foreskin, or yeast infection?

Last night I went snowboarding and noticed my penis to be kinda itchy on and off throughout the night. When I got home I took a look and I had two hairs under my foreskin and it was pretty itchy. There was some little red bumps on the head some red spots on the underside of the foreskin where the little red bumps would touch. There was also some discharge I think. I took a shower and cleaned well, with some soap and then put on a small amount of mosturizing lotion with aloe. After that, it still itched a bit. Today it doesnt itch anymore and the red bumps are fading and not sensitive like they were yesterday. Could this just be irritation from have two hairs under the foreskin for prolonged hours and a lot of friction from snowboarding or something more serious like a yeast infection? Some of the symptoms matched yesterday with the itchiness and the red bumps.

Sounds like you may have thrush, I'd go and get it checked by a doctor.

Balanitis is just a general word for any irritation of your glans (head). It sounds to me like you just irritated it because it was all wrapped up while you we borading and yeah, maybe a hair or two got stuck under your foreskin. Just keep it clean and it should be gone in a few days. DO NOT put aloe vera on it, as this will dry it out and make it more irritated.
