Period Problems

I am having troubles with my menstrual cycles. I first got my period when i was eleven. Things were weird my cycle was off then it was fine up until i was like 14 and a half. My cycles were being weird and some months it would show up and other months it won't and sometimes it would skip like 3 or 4 months, and it would come. I have never had sex, but i do masturbate occasionally. i  turned 15 November 2012. My cycle was okay for like 5 months, then april 2013 it dint come and i turned 16 nov 2013, and i still haven't gotten my period. Like sometimes it would be like thick brown discharge, like at the end of a period, or when your first starting to get your period, but my period just is not coming. I don't know what to do, like i am over weight for my age, i don't do much activity, mostly just focusing on school and stuff. it didnt show up for 4 months i was like oh its just happening again but like now it been a long time and i dont know what to do. I am for suere not pregnant. And i dont like going to see the doctors, so  am freaking out, and i just need some help. thanks

hi, it is okay.it happens a lot not only to you but also to many. Don't freak out, everything is fine, just slow down on your masturbation and try to move around. You can do few exercises see if this helps. But if it the condition repeat then you should probably see a doctor and don't forget to drink plenty of water.

I had this problem. My parents finally got tired of dealing with it and took me to the doctor. He put me on birth control to regulate it out.
